Got Wheelchair Accessible room with beverages, keeping towels as expected. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, it also had extremely helpful staff both in the reception and cafeteria and even the room cleaners. I was there for 2 nights and would return there.

The location was favourable, at a moderate distance from Jorebangla Temple. What's more, it was not far from the restaurant as well as main Kolkata. There were exceptional, comfy rooms with view.

The room itself was brand-new and well-appointed and the hotel was spotless. The location was peaceful and prime for exploring this easily accessible area, just off the shopping area, New Town, Kolkata and de the center of Kolkata. New Town district was worth staying in. Try delicious dishes served at the poolside restaurant. It was luxury time in Kolkata.

The staff at Fairfield Marriott made us feel honored and special during our stay. We enjoyed the quick room service and ample, delicious food. The pool and gym facilities were great. we had a pleasant stay and recommend this hotel.
